Responsibilities
- Build and scale complex data capturing workflows across web (Next.js) and desktop (Python).
- Architect and optimize high-throughput data pipelines under heavy load.
- Collaborate with the founding team to define product strategy and accelerate feature delivery.
- Establish engineering best practices and lay the foundation for future team growth.
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript (Next.js) and Python, with demonstrated full-stack web application development experience.
- Experience with serverless architecture and cloud functions (GCP/AWS) for heavy data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Redis (caching), Elasticsearch (indexing), and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) for scalable, low-latency pipelines.
- Proven experience bringing ideas to production; founder experience is preferred.
