Accenture is seeking a Senior LLM Model Developer to join their AI & Data team, focusing on the Search Analytics - Internal Consulting project. This role involves enhancing Large Language Models through instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation to improve their relevance and performance in specific contexts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and contribute to innovative approaches in LLM development.
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune Large Language Models with an emphasis on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Develop and optimize fine-tuning strategies to improve model accuracy and contextual understanding.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader analytics solutions.
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices in large language model development.
- Analyze model performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative approaches to instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems.
Requirements
- Master proficiency in Python.
- Master proficiency in JavaScript (recommended).
- Intermediate proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Algorithms, and LLM Fine-Tuning (suggested).
- Bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English written and spoken.
