Accenture is seeking a Data Science/AI Engineer Intern to join their specialized Data & AI teams. In this role, you will design and build generative AI and agentic solutions for major French and European clients, from initial client workshops to production deployment. You will work on diverse projects across various sectors and technologies, gaining experience in both technical and consulting aspects of AI implementation. The internship offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud platforms, learn from expert communities, and develop a dual expertise in technology and consulting.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop generative AI and agentic solutions, including intelligent assistants and multi-agent systems.
- Build RAG pipelines to connect LLMs with client data and information systems.
- Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS) using software engineering best practices.
- Evaluate and ensure the reliability of AI solutions through testing, metrics, and responsible AI principles.
- Facilitate workshops with clients to identify use cases and present project findings.
- Contribute to internal AI offerings, demonstrators, and proposals for tenders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or Applied Mathematics from an engineering school or university.
- Seeking a final-year internship of at least 6 months.
- Proficient in Python and have experience with concrete projects (internships, academic, personal, hackathons).
- Experience using LLMs via API and interest in agentic architectures and RAG (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
- Strong oral communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and defend technical choices.
- Aptitude for consulting and strong interpersonal skills.
- Curious, up-to-date with AI trends, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
