Accenture Flex is seeking a Business Process Architect to collaborate with Meta's Infrastructure Hardware organization. In this role, you will identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and drive operational improvements by leveraging AI and existing Meta tools. You will work closely with business teams to understand current procedures, pinpoint inefficiencies, and design and implement AI-enabled solutions aimed at boosting productivity, reducing manual effort, and establishing more scalable processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of business process analysis skills, practical AI knowledge, and a hands-on approach to solution implementation. A background in hardware is not a prerequisite for this position.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal teams to understand existing workflows, procedures, and business challenges.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through AI and automation.
- Recommend and implement practical solutions using company-provided AI tools and enterprise applications.
- Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and AI use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions, improve adoption, and measure business impact.
- Document optimized workflows and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business process improvement, business analysis, operations, or business transformation.
- Understanding of AI and generative AI capabilities and their practical business applications.
- Ability to identify gaps in existing processes and translate them into implementable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
