We are seeking an AI Native Software Engineer to build and ship production-ready software where AI is a core part of the engineering lifecycle. This role involves applying AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions, maintain quality and compliance, and continuously improve software development and operations. You will leverage AI tools for accelerated coding, testing, and integration, delivering immediate organizational value through productivity uplift.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI copilots and LLM tools for rapid coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Develop front-end and back-end components with seamless integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs into applications.
- Implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Combine AI-assisted productivity with engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (copilots, LLM-based coding assistants).
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, focusing on integration.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in Backend technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C#), or Python.
- Proficiency in Frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education.
