This role focuses on building and shipping production-ready software where AI is a core component of the engineering lifecycle. You will apply AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions, maintain quality and compliance, and continuously improve software development and operations. The position involves building full-stack enterprise applications using AI tools for accelerated coding, testing, and integration, aiming to deliver immediate organizational value through productivity uplift.
Responsibilities
- Use AI copilots and LLM tools for rapid coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Develop front-end and back-end components with seamless integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs into applications.
- Implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Combine AI-assisted productivity with engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Work closely with architects and AI-native specialists to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (copilots, LLM-based coding assistants).
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, focusing on integration, not model training.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
- Backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C#), or Python.
- Frontend development experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
