About the job
As an AI Native Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building and shipping production-ready software where AI is a core component of the engineering lifecycle. This role involves applying AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions, ensuring quality and compliance, and continuously improving software development and operations. You will leverage AgentAI tools for accelerated coding, testing, and integration to deliver immediate organizational value through productivity uplift and reduced reliance on scarce AI-native talent.
Responsibilities
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for rapid coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Develop front-end and back-end components with seamless integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs into applications.
- Implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Combine AI-assisted productivity with engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Work closely with architects and AI-native specialists to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (copilots, LLM-based coding assistants).
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, focusing on integration, not model training.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C#), or Python for backend development.
- Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
