This role focuses on building and shipping production-ready software where AI is a core component of the engineering lifecycle. You will apply AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions, maintain quality and compliance, and continuously improve software development and operations. The position involves building full-stack enterprise applications using AgentAI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and integration, aiming to deliver immediate organizational value through productivity uplift and reduced reliance on scarce AI-native talent. The emphasis is on integrating AI services and features, such as RAG, rather than model training.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AgentAI copilots and LLM tools for rapid coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Develop front-end and back-end components with seamless integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs into applications.
- Implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Combine AI-assisted productivity with engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists for seamless integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (copilots, LLM-based coding assistants).
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, focusing on integration.
- Ability to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), .NET (C#), or Python for backend development.
- Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience required.
- 15 years of full-time education.
