About the job
As an AI / ML Engineer, you will design and build advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based services. This role involves integrating various AI models into scalable, production-ready pipelines, deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. You will develop solutions incorporating generative AI models, deep learning techniques, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions.
- Mentor junior team members on technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage team performance.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-team issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Experience developing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with AI application pipelines and production-grade system design.
- Ability to work with AI tools including chatbots, image processing, and natural language processing techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
