As an AI / ML Engineer, you will design and build advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role involves integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver production-ready solutions. You will implement generative AI models and may work on projects involving deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of this role, fostering innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of AI technologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions into broader business processes.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Provide solutions to complex AI system issues to maintain production quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and implementing AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
