Domino ai

As a new-grad Forward Deployed Engineer at Domino, you will work directly with customers to uncover challenges to AI adoption in highly regulated industries and learn how to leverage the Domino platform to build solutions for mission-critical business operations. You will blend applied AI engineering and software engineering skills with customer empathy and domain awareness, partnering with experienced FDEs to move quickly from an ambiguous customer problem to a real solution. This could involve building a RAG pipeline, an agentic workflow with automated evaluation, or a software solution that automates customer processes. You will write code, design systems end-to-end, and deliver impact in high-stakes environments from healthcare and life sciences to finance, government, and beyond. Domino trusts new-grad engineers to contribute to critical and high-visibility projects from the start, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on your team and the company.
